Verified Reviewer | Dartmouth, Nova ScotiaCostway - I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE WALKER I EVIDENTLY BOUGHT BACK IN FEBRUARY, BUT MY CARD WAS CHARGED FOR IT.
I called your customer service number, and was told by a very nice woman that my package was en route -- in Quebec as a matter of fact. She gave me a tracking number which I now am unable to find.
It was supposed to be here by Thursday, March 24. Which courier service did you use? Intellicom, which comes here -- NEVER makes sure that their packages go to the correct person. They don't even bother to buzz my phone on the silver box -- and people who are delivering packages KNOW to do so, because then I can unlock the inside security door.
They just leave my packages in the outer lobby, where ANYONE can steal them. The only times I have left my apartment was to GET MY MAIL! I really wanted to buy the walker, but I can't because it was NEVER DELIVERED. When they leave my packages out, I get a picture of the address where I live in an email, However, their machine reads "N/A" under the place to sign my name.
Please would you PLEASE send me another stand-up walker and REQUIRE a signature before they leave it in the lobby to be stolen. Either that, or please refund the money on my credit card. I would have LOVED to use your product, but it's looking as I'll NEVER see it. The tracking number was given to me, and it was supposed to be in Quebec at the time.
I live in Nova Scotia. It doesn't take THAT long for something to be received here in Nova Scotia. Could you please give it to me again so I can try to figure where it was "Lost"? Either that, or please take the charge off my credit card and refund me the money?I really like to avoid sending a complaint to the company AND the police.
PLEASE resend the walker via FedEx or UPS in the future. Thank you.

User's recommendation: Don't believe it will EVER be delivered. MAKE them get a signature and NOT leave any merchandice sit out in the outer lobby, unless you want it stolen!
