Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Original review posted by user Mar 26, 2022Finally someone in Billing helped me. Very polite and apologetic. Prior to her I had to call 3 times. First person was very rude wish I had his name. Second person was polite and tried to help. Third person in billing was super. I believe all is good now. Thank you
