Hollywood Beach Tower - Out on the street

We had a reservation for our room for the last night. Travelocity confirmed it and called the hotel. The hotel found our reservation but could not honor it because they were full. We had to pack up and leave. We are now out in the hot Sun with our bags. Very bad customer service. Beware.
