American Automobile Association - Customer service

I just wrote a slew of checks to AAA for premium payments for my 3 auto's and homeowner insurance. I called to ask questions regarding my coverages to find out that we no longer have personal agents. Any time one calls their office, for any reason now you get to dig out your policy and look up all of your numbers etc... I liked my personal agent. Had I known this new "no personal agent" deal that AAA has now I'd have sought another company where one has a personal agent.
