Got Transmissions - Scammed out of $1200

We bought a used transmission that was 100% guaranteed, inspected, tested, and cleaned prior to shipping. If the transmission was bad they would repair paying for labor and parts or ship another transmission paying for labor and parts for installation of new transmission. We paid our mechanic $1600 to initially put the 1st bad transmission in. We waited over 2 weeks for the 2nd transmission after the hassle of faxing and emailing all the paperwork proving they sent us a bad transmission. After the installation of the second transmission we sent the labor and parts bill of $1500 to take out the old one and put in the new one. They only reimbursed us $335. In the fine print of their warranty they only pay $50 an hour for labor and only pay for 6 1/2 hours for installation. That is not fair and bad business practice. They sent us the bad transmission, they should pay for the whole bill. It would be different if we drove the car and the transmission had problems. This transmission didn't work at all. They sent us a bad transmission. We installed a bad transmission in good faith that it was a working transmission as advertised. This is bait and switch costing us time and money.
