Securus Technologies - Technical issuesaccidental emagges to wrong inmate

Daughter n friend tried sending messages using my account to another inmate by adding him to my contacts was not successful instead messages were sent to my inmate by mistake asked for them to be removed was told no by 5 different people including case n unit manager of facility where he is at when all messages have to be approved before released to inmate so why not be able to remove or reject them they can if they feel message is not revelant avoid them use another company

I called for 2 different reasons one being I have an inmate in a facility where they provide services and I was told that the inmate has received all my messages and it was his fault why I have not heard from him or recieved...
