King O Rourke Cadillac - Dissatisfied customer

I placed a downpayment on a 2018 Cadillac CT6 on November 12, 2018 at King Orourke dealership in Smithtown NY. I was contacted by a veteran salesman by the name Jim Rapp who stated that he located a Black CT6 PREMIUM LUXURY package 2018 for. I went to dealership that evening, signed paperwork, left a $500 deposit and they ran my credit. The finance manager was Jen Barrios who ran my credit. Five days later the manager Howie called to inform me that he's sorry, we were not able to get ur vehicle. They assured me thst they had the car for me. I would have never let them run my credit otherwise. Now, here it is November 26, 2018 and they have not given me back my downpayment. This is absurd! I need to to someone in charge forthwith!
