National Transmission,won't return vehicle

I drove my vehicle to national transmission on July 23,2010. I went in to get a transmission tuneup for $250. I was in the customers lobby waiting on the repair to be completed. He came out stating that he took the transmission apart and was going to rebuild it. i informed him that's not what he was suppose to do.He said to get it back i must pay $3811. i am currently taking this business to court, i have been without a vehicle for 3 months, they are attempting to get the title and take ownership of the vehicle.

pmidentity took money out of my account without my authorization, they finally refunded the fees. i contacted the bank and was told that if pmidentity would fax them a letter of error. they would be more than happy to refund the $75 that was charged to my account.i attempted to give them the fax number .they refused to take it. i am on a fixed income and the money that was taken was for my medicine. the csr are rude.one hung up the other offered no assistant, he pretended that his co-worker was his supervisor,BAD BUSINESS.
