TMobile - Stole my ss#

all i wanted to do was get internet and one of their employees tricked me into giving him my social security number and then started getting rude i knew better but i did it he promised if i gave my ss# that he would do a soft credit check but after getting my ss# he got rude now i am scared about my identity he said his name was alex and id#674**** so he said then when i told another employee to take me off of auto pay for a phone that i have been paying for since 2012dont trust them they ignored me and transfered me elsewhere

i did have a phone with you and was trying to get internet now i want nothing to do with you at all i am paid through november 13 it is time for me to take my business elsewhere

Spectrum - Illegal charges

spectrum constantly ask for money and dont want to solve problems even in their promps nothing is mentioned about customer satisfaction just how can we queeze extra money out of you they have representatives who apparently getting paid on commision because doing what is right is the last thing on there mind

Roku - Refund

on october 25 2020 roku took 107 dollars off my roku box then after receiving the money they decided that i need to go somewhere other than where i paid my money to get my services and when i attempted to call they used the covid-19 excuse not to have phones at the time and now i was told the services i never received are about to expire when in all actuality we are coming up on the one year anniversary of them stealing my money

Netspend - Refuse to get me superviser

i simply called to ask about a transaction and this person who claims her name was cris Id number L968 kept quizing me instead of answering my question about my account but when i ask for a superviser she stall me out about 30 minutes with that same excuse incompetent workers do and say there are no supervisers available at the moment she should be fired

Dollar General Corporation - Rude employee that refuse to honor a sale

i went to dollar general 2228 n.gettysburg on saturday july 25th about 430pm to purchase some soda that was on sale but the manager refuse to look at the sign just made up some excuse not to then got snippy with me when i asked for the number to corporate and told me she was the boss proceeded to be dis respectful i always purchase certain deals so l went to another dollar general who honered the exact same deal which she told me didnt exist because she was to interested in being confrentational to lazy go look at the sign exa because i

Why are you asking for the number to their corporate office? If you want but look it up yourself.

now that I ask for a complaint number from Paul in Austin. Texas. all the sudden my phone is breaking up. I have been promised channels. 2. switch back up. with Spectrum but now. I. have been told I. half. to wait at least 48 Hours on my channels that I. was promised now have not happen. switch and bait. rude to me all night. hey now in the morning. no results just a bunch of stall out. conversation while doing nothing.

Spectrum - Beware of destiny rude and incompitent

let me just Destiny told me that I did not have the sports pack and that the sports pack is not just not consist of ESPN when I was told that it did and then when I asked her what channel is it consisted of she refused to tell me and then she refused to transfer me to anyone who can help.
