Uber - Driver's attitude

Of late, we experienced that Drivers before coming to pickup point enquire about destination point and mode of payment. Suddenly, we get the message that the trip is cancelled.

When we book again, the cancellation charges are collected for no fault of customers. In this process, some times, we are put into lot of inconvenience . eg. On 14th, the driver cancelled the trip and Rs 21.01 is charged to my paytm account vide Ref 394********

Today ie on 15th, the driver enquired the mode of payment and cancelled the trip.

Whereas, Rs 60.29 is charged from my paytm account vide Ref 394********. Then, I booked again and changed the mode of payment from paytm to cash. I got.

If this tendency continues, I afraid, the reputation of UBER gets diminished. I am not demanding the refund, but, insisting to improve the standards

User's recommendation: Unde service is good. But, Drivers ditch in the last minute. They demand cash payment. Be prepared
