Establishment / Time of Incident: Figueroa Philly Cheese Steak 3850 South Figueroa Los Angeles CA 90037 Tel. 213-748-**** 11/19/18 Cashier/Waiter 14 (Gigi) GG After attending an NFL Football Game. A friend and I decided to grab a bite to eat at this Fast Food Restaurant. Ordered Philly Cheesesteak, Hotdog, fries and soda. Food was no good and is not justified for the amount they are charging customers to eat here. This food will turn your stomach inside out. Grease and dirt were visible on the counter tops. Displacement of Utensils and Napkins, and trash cans over flowing. “Potential Health hazard all around.” I actually got sick afterwards from post food consumption. The entire experience from this establishment is horrible! The cleanliness of this place was awful! Trash, Filth everywhere and to top it off Restrooms was not available which is not acceptable. I will never go here again. Let me get discuss the customer service. I have never experienced such rude behavior from a business establishment and is absolutely disgusting. One particular worker that comes to mind is GG (Gigi). She is the front cashier representative. She is a sad excuse of a human being. Lower than 6 feet under. I waited for my food and she called out my number, I stated I am missing my hotdog. She replied with vulgar profanity towards me *** you and your order.” I requested to speak to the supervisor/manager but did not want to deal with my complaint. GG (Gigi) should be fired and should never be given an opportunity to be employed elsewhere with that *** attitude! One is to think how this establishment is still in business. The entire staff is outright disgusting. “Don’t go here people.” These people that work here thinks they are entitled to your money to eat here, like some kind of luxury. “This place should no longer be in business.” They need to treat everyone with respect. -10 stars of 5 starts. “Horrible.” Unsatisfied Customer
