This is email I sent to Pure-RevivaDerm-Cream. My wife ordered the free trial of these products. She did not read the fine print that said she would get billed after 14 days if she didn't cancel. I read your terms on your website and it doesn't make sense that the trial starts the day you order. That doesn't give you much time to test the product when you only have a few days after receipt to try it. No way to give it a fair evaluation. We spoke to the 3rd. party company today and finally reached an agreement for a refund. As I stated above this is a deceptive sales process. Please look at the picture below and explain how these products are worth $89.95 apiece. This crap should cure cancer for that price per ounce.

I have not received any communication from Luby's as of 9/7/2019. As stated in my complaint.

That is what the issue is. No way to contact them.

While cleaning out my deceased father in laws home I found 2 old gift cards. They didn't use access codes on them back then. Impossible to get in contact with anyone using the phone numbers on card. 713-329-**** options unlimited for everything except balance inquiry. 800-259-**** no one is available to take your call and hung up.

Hubbell - Cheap quality

Commercial extension cord end is cheap. There is new type screw out now. It's called a Phillips head ! Slotted screws for cover and terminals. You're kidding. I just noticed you are Delaware. Say hi to Crazy Uncle Joe.

There internet home page advertises smartphones starting at $39. Here is my message to them and their response. Lowes - No customer service

I have been working on one of my rental houses in Killeen the last month and always shop at Lowes. There are a lot of employees working there. However, they are focused on Lowes needs, not the customer that is needing help. You see them walking around like on assignment or setting up merchandise shelves but no one is asking if they can help you. I normally shop at the store closer to home in Temple. They are much more focused on customer service but could use more staff. I believe the issue starts with the local management. Employees need to remember the first reason they are there is for the customer, not their supervisor.

Chase Bank - Admits error, credit score dropped >100 pts., compensation..."we're sorry"

It took me 15 months of back and forth communications before Chase finally listened to the recorded phone conversation between myself and their mortgage officer. I was told I didn't have to make a payment in April 2017. New loan modification goes into effect in May. I sold the home in July and they reported a late payment for June 2017. I was not able to refinance my current home due to having a late payment on my report within the previous 12 months. They, along with my current mortgage company turned me down. The errant report lowered my credit score over 100 points and cost me a lot of money in interest I could have saved. Their only compensation offered was, "we're sorry, nothing we can offer in monetary compensation, you can apply for a new loan."

You can, and should file a refutation of your lower credit score and bad entry with the applicable credit reporting agency(s). You could also seek advice from an attorney with the intention of suing the bank.

You can get a free consult with most lawyers. The sad fact is that companies file erroneous black marks with the credit bureaus about consumers with little, to no consequence because people do nothing about it.
