Mayo Clinic - Fired after wetting my pants.
After being shifted around dept to dept, being replaced by someone that propped a security door open to smoke, staff smoked on roof, my last night i was sent to a dept that needed a weeks worth of housekeeping detail. Maintenance guy snuck up on me (again) and yelled. I pissed my pants ,clocked out to use my lunch break to run home and change my pants. My boyfriend said no thats *** so i messaged my manager and asked for PTO for the rest of the night. Chirp....chirp.....chirp ..nothing til the next day, didnt even ask who scared me, . Just text, "r u coming in". The lack of compassion made me reach out to HR but by tuesday she had me terminated for 4 no call no shows. Strolled on down to my local Union and she said if he had done this on my 61st day of employment she could represent me but im still on new hire 60 day probation. Funny, i pay union dues from my first day of employment but you cant help me for 60 days. The whole experience was disgraceful, poor management, lazy workers.
