Mirror Essentials - Worst customer service

It’s been 6 months , over a dozen emails and still no refund. All I get is an automated reply email. The product I received was not what was advertised so I requested a refund. At first I thought service was great b/c they told me to just keep the product and don’t bother to return it. However, they have been stalling and not replying back to actually process the refund. The product is *** which I never used.... and the customer service “mirrors” the same *** Wish I would have seen all the bad reviews before I made my purchase
