Doterra - Most excellent customer service
no complaints. Every issue I had with them they were able to resolve. I had a leaking bottle and they replaced it free and I didn't have to send the leaking bottle in. I had incorrectly ordered items and spent upwards of 1,000 on a Standard Order thusly missing out on many LRP points I could have been accruing. They generously gave me 80 points for my trouble. I think if someone has a complaint, they need to go directly to customer service and not to a website and complain. Customer service is excellent and I know that when they were newer they had a few customer service reps who were new and they had to get a little more education. I think they are top shelf now!
