Contact BBB on Ascentive Software
Ascentive charged our credit card without authorization. We repeatedly contacted them to have the charge removed. We then requested our credit card to withhold payment, but they can only do so if Ascentive agrees to allow the refund - they did not. I had documented dates, names and general conversation info when talking to Ascentive personnel. I went online to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. Within one week, Ascentive was calling me to apologize and send a refund. So all you upset consumers - do something about it! Report them immediately! Do make sure you have contacted Ascentive at least once and preferably twice to resolve the issue on your own.
