Jersey Mikes Subs - Did not cook my sandwich the way I asked for it an when I called about it they only offered me a 10% off of my next order. That was a $18 dollar sandwich and to only want to offer me 10% is a slap in

Didnt get my sandwich the way I asked for it. I spent $18 dollar on a sandwich that was not right, an they only want to offer me 10% off of my next visit. They didnt hesitate to take my money though. Its just not fair to me cause I dont have money like that just hanging around. They could have at least offered me another sandwich on my next visit.

User's recommendation: Check your food good before you leave the store.

Offer me another sandwich as a replacement, made the right way or let me get something else at same price.
