Waiting to hear back from corporate. Not too much help thus far.

I live in Georgia, however on the 26th and 28th February, my phone number was used multiple times to place orders for Free Giant sandwiches. I spoke to the manager of the store and they kindly advised me to ask customer support how I could put a pin on my number so that it can stop being used. I lost quite a few points and would like to try and fix the situation before my number gets used again. Dealing with this matter with a sense of urgency would be greatly appreciated. If I could get my points back, that would be greatly appreciated.

A pin put on my phone number so that I can make sure no more points get stolen. And would it be possible to get my points back?
