Hearst Communications - Lack of customer service to a 48 year customer
No resolution of delivery at Houston Chronicle, broken promises, management not returning phone calls, Hearst in NY not answering the phone. They have zero respect for their subscribers and advertisers.
Cons:
- Not interested in their customers
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Do not do business with Hearst.publications.
