received the correct password from GPSTRAVELMAPS after about 2 weeks. Everything works.

Bought a map of Saint Martin on Oct 24-2018. Downloaded zip map file, installed Garmin basecamp and opened map installation file. When the installation program asked for a password, I typed in the provided password. Then received the message "password error". Emailed company, received same password and a second one, tried both again, keep receiving the message password error. I am computer savvy, make no mistakes entering the password, with copy/paste or manual. Send next email, received same password with standard instructions..... Will request my money back as this seems to be going nowhere. Getting a real bad feeling about this company. End of comments. It says below that more details is too short (minimum is 100 words) but since I am finished, will just type some random filler words.
