On May 8, 2021, I had the opportunity to lodge a complaint with Dennis, manager, field support regarding the franchise office located in Arlington, VA. After providing documentation of how the office submitted false information regarding the hours worked by the employees, I had hoped to hear from Dennis, that the matter would be corrected and, that I could be reimbursed for the payments I have already made. If you have opted for the Arlington, VA office do NOT under any circumstances allow this office access to your checking account information and/or your credit card information. Your only recourse is a civil judgment against the Arlington, VA office, in the city and or county, you reside in.

Senator Tim Kaine - Failure to assist voters

The Senators webpage states, that he is able to assist with complaints regarding federal agencies. I have been reaching out o him since March to no avail. Is there a special color one needs to be in order to obtain help from his office? Or are they just blowing smoke?

Prudential Financial - Failure to provide access to benefits

For over a month, I have been working with my client to start a claim for benefits. Prudential has a process that you contact an 800 who will route your information to an intake person. The intake person is supposed to contact the client to start the process. The intake person we have been assigned has called four times, and each time, we have missed the call and have been unable to connect. The 800# states they cannot join us with intake, and we need to wait until intake calls again. This situation with the #800 has been going on for a month, with no resolution in sight. How do you access your benefits before you die?

Princess Cruises - Deceptive Booking

I made a reservation with Princess Cruises for a cruise on 10/4/19 at 8:35am EST, and cancelled the trip today 10/5/19 at 9:03am (within 24 hrs). Unbeknownst to me there was a 50% cancellation fee, which the agent did NOT advise me of at the time of the reservation. In speaking with the agent, if you cancelled 15 mins, there is a 50% fee. Beware of Princess Cruises, I guess the princess has turned into a wicked, snarling, money grubbing witch.

I purchased a sofa from VCF located at 5516 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA. The store was not licensed in VA to sell furniture. Additionally, the furniture being sold contained a very high amount of polyurethane foam. I paid for the sofa, and VCF came picked up the sofa since it was giving me health problems. VCF has refused to refund my money or issue a credit to my credit card.

CSC ServiceWorks - Why and how are they still in business

My property management company contracts with CSC (formerly MACGrey) to provide washers and dryers to the property. I started reporting a washer in March, and have continually called the csr dept to continually report the machine. Each time you call they never have a record of the previous complaint, and they are unable to locate the washer # you are reporting. It's been almost 2 mos. and since the initial complaint, and the company now states, a new drum for the washer is needed. So, that indicates no one from the company has been out to fix the washer for almost 2 mos. I find it amazing that the mngt company is still doing business with CSC.

In 2016 I started receiving letters from UHC that I owed UHC money. The 2016 letter requested a payment of $60, and if payment was not received UHC would refer this matter to a collection agency. The letter made no reference to how and why the funds were due. At that time, I had one group with UHC, so I advised UHC to keep the next commission due of $60 to pay the arrears (see exhibit #1). In December 2018, I received the attached letter (exhibit #2) requesting $180, which happens to be a 300% increase for 2017. On December 11, 2018 I called UHC and spoke with Charlotte, I was advised this was a charge back from 2016 and 2017. Since I paid the charge back for $60 in 2016, there should not have been an amount due for 2016. I received a letter from UHC dated February 4, 2019, with a ledger indicating the commission that were paid to me. (exhibit #3). On February 16, 2019, after reviewing the ledger information, I provided documentation to refute the ledger and letter (exhibit #4). On February 25, 2019, I received a check for $38 from UHC (exhibit #5). I went to the secure webpage www.uhone.com to download copies of my commission statement, and as you can see, I have no statements at this time (exhibit #6). For over 2 years I only had 1 group with UHC, as of January 2019, I currently have two groups. Since I am unable to locate copies of my commission statements, I am guessing the amount due me exceeds $500. To add insult to injury in 2019, UHC has dropped its commission rate down to $2 for enrolled group of up to 2 employees, $10 for 3-4 enrolled.
