This company product was never delivered. Here is a response quote from the company rep Colin Coons "You can go ahead and dispute it"..."Enjoy wasting your time doing that." Worst customer service there is with no phone number either, complete scam. Treating a limited income severely disabled person in pain like this is a real low life thing to do.

User's recommendation: Avoid this company or any with no phone number to track and no real physical address.
