West Shore Home - Quality and customer service.

I was told a representative would be coming to home between 3:30p.m and 4:30 p.m. At !;32 p.m. my door bell rang, Iooked outside and saw a man with a Westshore shirt on. I opened the door and asked how could I help you. He stated he was here to discuss my bathroom project. He never introduced himself all the while chewing his gum. I said okay please follow me I showed him all my concerns on the quality of the bathroom install. He stated oh so you want black fixtures. I politely stated that is the least of my worries I want the discoloration the mold, and the cracks taken care of. He said he would need to call his manager. He exited my domicile and I could see him on the phone. I went back to my work, I then heard my door open. I said excuse me how could I help you. No knock, no ringing the bell. Instead he told me he needed to take pictures, and someone would be calling me to schedule the repairs. I asked and what repairs would those be. He said you know all of them. Again this company has lack of professionalism and I have yet to speak to a manager (though have called many times to get said person) to no avail. I have already filed a Better Business report, and placed my Google reviews. I am very dissatisfied with this company.
