I had a horrible experience this morning and was then owed a refund and incorrectly reported for not wearing a mask. I was late to my destination, reported the issue and the people who helped me were beyond incompetent and didnt even address my issue. I am extremely frustrated and mad. Based on this I am switching to Lyft, the way Uber has treated me in unacceptable
