Frontier Airlines - AFTER BOARDING IN THE PLANE THE CREW GOT ME OUT WITH NO REASON

I am a tourist travelling from Miami to Punta Cana, On my return, after passing all the controls and once I was in the plane with my docs ok and my boarding pass, the Frontier crew decided I couldn't fly because one of the numbers in my passport didn't match with their system. No idea why, because all my documents were correct including vaccines and negative covid test. I was forced to abandon the plane and buy a new ticket!! apparently my booking was blocked. I am waiting for a refund for all the expenses incurred. plus two more hotel nights, two more taxis, new covid test,,, etc. Unacceptable, unprofessional, weird, no resources, poor and cheap.... thisd dis low cost airline frontier.

User's recommendation: Dont fly with Frontier airlines.
