Same response I received when the appliance loft lost my platinum series for six months then delivered it damaged. Sorry call the Appliance Loft.

Even when Bluestar recommended them after denying me the ability to drive to Reading and Buy direct from them. Todd Robinson Wyalusing PA

If I could I'd give them a ZERO! First home claim in 35 years. I've insured my 2 homes 5 cars and umbrella with Liberty and the treatment is absolutely horrendous. Seems that the CEO and other executives save money by charging us higher premiums and paying out little....

It's too late ! One more pissed off customer.

It's the Insurance Companies' market. We may have other companies to choose, but with the same end-result. No controls over them and making law-abiding citizens to pay for them and their greed and profits. Such a shame.

Look like we live in a third-world country where there is no remedy against injustice done EXCEPT going to the courts. What a waste of money, time and so-called freedom of choice !
