Comcast - This is impossible to get anyone to help me; just went through this big thing to find out you want to charge me something else. TV won't work, it's nuts, i need a human to talk to and have a person
TO TALK TO, NOT A COMPUTER. SECOND TIME I HAVE TRIED. BOUGHT NEW TV CAUSE YOU GUYS SAID IT DIED. THAT WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE TECH WHO WAS SCHEDULED TO COME HERE. SO THE MEN I HIRED TO COME AND DO NEW TV. SAID "IT'S COMCAST BOX, NOT THE TV". THE NEW TV CAN BE TURNED ON AND OFF BY IT'S NEW FLIPPER BUT NOTHING ELSE!! THE CONTROLER DOESN'T WORK. SOMEONE NEEDS TO PLEASE TALK TO ME AND GET THIS RESOLVED. THEY SAY IT'S YOUR BOX. THAT'S WHY. SO HERE I SIT WITH A NEW TV THAT I CAN'T WATCH AND CANNOT GET AHOLD OF A HUMAN BEING TO EXPLAIN ALL THIS!!!!LET

Preferred solution: FIX THE BOX SO I CAN WATCH MY NEW TV PLEASE!!!! AND I AM BEING CHARGED BY YOUR COMPANY FOR TV SERVICE I CAN'T USE.
