American Freight Furniture - Poor Customer Service and Charging for Goods not received

I recently ordered a dishwasher on-line from this company. I received an e-mail confirming my order and timing of delivery.

Several hours later I received an e-mail detailing the product ordered was no longer available and I should contact customer service for a refund. After 25 attempted calls to customer service (why can they not answer their phone), I was able to speak with some one. They acknowledged the e-mail I received the item was no longer available and responded my bank would credit the charge to my credit card. The next day I checked my credit card, American Freight has charged my card for the product and no credit has been processed.

Needless to say, I have disputed this charge to my credit card and I will not recommend this company to anyone moving forward. I would recommend high caution in doing business with this company, poor customer service as well as charging for goods unable to deliver is a huge warning sign
