Mr Ray A Jones knowing of wrong documents continued to process a claim of devaluing a client as outcome of unavoidable messure. I contacted Me Ray A Jones personally of a problem with a submission of his adjusted claim on behalf of a Franchisee of The Wyndham worldwide,hotel group lable Documents have more then expressed multiple fales details of all required sections of valid means . Using Wrong time,date, ownership,and insuring company name is an intentionally fraudulent submission. I should not have to express how wrong this is. I have a life to continue and a daughter to respect just as anyone else does. No reason why I am stuck coming up with 32,000 again because Engle Martin Claims administration didn't over sea this type of Error thru there good standing not correcting this whole thing .i spoke with Mr Federsfield of Engle Martin (emcas) a couple of years ago and he was supposed to correct it ID

Wyndham Hotels And Resorts - Total Ripoff Of rewards member plan
In the end you just pay Wyndham rewards to become a giant name. One of the largest names in the industry . Only because the public gives then hard earned money to become a giant. You pay far more per reservation then any other way to reserve room . Price line and Expedia travelocity exe all cheaper 100% of the time. So if your a rewards member ,you get less back thru points loyalty and pay way more for every room. And if you have an accident on the property Wyndham rewards places you on thru there reservation,they don't even reasure you that property your placed on has proper coverage Incase of accident or injury. So if there just charging you more ever time and giving less each time and no covering g there members thru insurance and not backing the rules of franchise or federal law much less the simple respect of covering there guest,why even become a loyalty rewards member. *** you save big bucks dodging the wyndham name. I got injured on there property and it has $32000 in damage. They gave a $5,900 dollar payment and a night comp for my trouble ,later I would notice they charged me for the room thru points . $32,000 plus ,15000 points and 6 months of recommendation very . Then they all moved to Asian pacific ocean and too the whole Wyndham world with um . Lol slippery devils. I'm Sill backwards $26,000 plus a room charge and some minor back problem for my loyalty .

Engle Martin And Associates - Submitting falsified claim forms
A claim turned in to Engle Martin administrations for evaluation on behalf of Wingate by Wyndham hotel was unjust to customers and public consumers. Engle Martin claims admin used Release form that where incorrect to time and date as well as the ownership to a property 2nd to claim of injury by a guest at Wingate by Wyndham hotel. The forms where cause of a denied claim after a poorly adjusted case value was closed. These forms where the focus of a dispute to recover value lost by a liability injury case causing a consumer to lose thousands in compensation payments and resolve to a matter. All parties listed on the forms where notified about the mistakes without anyone correcting the form . This is not a fair act to consumers who are to Recive equal treatment and a fair standard process of each claim filed. The company Engle Martin claims admin have denied any wrong doing and have not committed to there causing monetary loss claiment. This is not the first time this exact practice has been reason for coming

I am not mad at any of the people or owners of these hotels cause I'm sure they have a bunch of people trying to sue for everything they can. I didn't sue um and that was a big mistake I would blame Wyndham rewards for this and not the hotel it's self or its owner's. However insurance and the franchiser say it's the owners responsibility
