I spoke to so many peoples from Tesco Mobile not one of them could do a simple thing i.e. Cancelling my Direct debit. They were under the impression I hired a pc with them!! BUT I only have a SIM Card which I wanted to cancel there is no pc it was my own mobile too. No charges now i succeeded in cancelling myself on my bank. . Go to your bank and cancel. Easier than doing it with them!?

There's a sucker born every minute. We signed up our daughter and we decided that we would not go through the interview process and we would get our money back we had put down as a deposit. We were informed that we would get $305 of the $400 back and we were not accepted into the program yet. They say we have to fail the interview process and we are not even going to the interview and thus we have failed to get accepted. FULL REFUND NEEDED!When I called to get our 95 dollars bck the supervisor was in a meeting after I tried to talk to the guy on the other end with no luck and asked for a Superisor and was told that she (Danielle) was in a meeting.

People To People Ambassador Program Is A Scam

People to People Ambassador Program is a scam. They just want people's money. They make parents think that their children were chosen because of their achievements. One of my sons was kept back in high school every year until he was a 19 year old freshman because he failed every class every year. He had to drop out and had to take Adult Ed to get his GED. I knew that there was no way he was nominated by anyone, like the letter said. Upon further research, I found that People to People takes the names of babies born in certain years and sends out mass mails to all of them when they become of high school age. Read the complaints. Children have died and gone missing on these trips. People to People even sent a letter to a dead cat. Don't give your money to these people. They are lying to parents and children making them think they were nominated because of their achievements. They weren't. It's all because they want your money.

Total ripoff

I was accepted by being an exceptional leader but I learned that every single fool in the world comes to this *** program. Every kid I was associated with was a total *** and the program addressed these ill mannered people as delegates! That was insane! On top of ot, we were charged 5,000 dollars to attend this program and stayed in a useless hotel, had sickening food, and did nothing special! If anything, we could have gotten a tour of the White House after being checked by security if this program was any good! I hated it totally and when I complained about a "delegate" stealing my glasses, they took it from him and kept it, my teacher did not give them back and I had to fight for them, they wee 400 dollars. I have never been to a worse program, I would not have come for free! There surveys that it took changed my scores to all amazing answers when I had say it was horrifying! I hated this program immensely!

Solicitated my innocent 14 year old son

My 14 yr. old son recently received a letter from the People to People Ambassador program. My son was ecstatic to know that he had been "nominated" for a 20 trip to Australia. To make a long story short, after sending in a $400 dollar check with his application and beginning the process of fundraising and sending out letters for donations to raise the close to $7000 fee that this trip would cost, We ended up returning all donations and fundraising money that we received and cancelling the $400 dollar check just in time. We strongly recommend that every parent investigate this company before trusting them with their children. I have never encountered such dishonesty, and misrepresentation in my life. My son was not nominated he was solicited and thank God I investigated them before they had a chance to rip me off or worse cause harm to my dear son. These people are criminals and need to be stopped. Parents please do not fall for this fraud!!! And pass this information on.

In no way is p2p a scam or a misleading trap. I am going a trip to England in the summer of 2012.

My parents have researched fully and have even funraised almost the full amount for the trip.

It is in no way a scam and does not solicite anybody. If you did better research, you would find out that it is a great program where students get a chance to experience the rest of the world, make some new friends, and come back with a new found appreciation for different cultures.

People to People is a wonderful and real program and I would stand up for it at any given time. With the help of that program I have gone on a life changing eye opening trip to Australia and in a few days going on a Political Summit with People to People.

My parents thought it was a scam at first but if you do REAL research you will find out just how incridable program this is.

I would recommend it a thousand times over. P2P changed my life for the better and help be gain an acceptence to the United States Naval Academy.

I am an ex employee of People to People Ambassador programs. They are not a scam and do give your child a wonderful opportunity that you would not ever be able to give them on a vacation.

There are 3 ways a student is nominated. A teacher will nominate them. Sometimes they do not give their name because of confilct between parents. Alumni will recomend your child and or if you child is applying to school based on the sat scores is where we invite your child.

Do better research and of course their are going to be complaints. No company is ever perfect.

People to People has a near perfect record for how long they have been in business. It is not a scam if it was it would not be fully accredited.

Thank you for the heads up on this. My child recently received a letter and a trip to be invited to England and the UK sounded so enticing.

I researched information and so far have had negative remarks about the program. Thank you and I am so glad you researched the company before falling into a trap.

I am throwing away the "invitation" after I submit this. Take care!
