After 9 days if me banging my head against the wall search finders finally refunded my money. I had to show them screenshot of how much they took from my account. They are a company that shouldn't be dealing with the public. They are rude individuals. They knew what happened and denied until the screenshot. So if you deal with them, just know it will be a headache.

User's recommendation: I would advise them not to.

The associate did his best to try and convince me why I should stay with peoplesearch. This company is a joke.I had to hand the phone off to my husband because I was so pissed. After about 40 minutes he finally gave us our refund of $120.00. This had been going on.for 3 months.

Resolved: Peoplesearch scammed me out of hundreds

Peoplesearch claims I opened this account although I never did and told them such! Peoplesearch engaged in Illegal and unauthorized billing of my debit card since May of 2014, and I have no idea how they got it. They also claimed I used some other services on this scam site and charged me for those as well. When I called, peoplesearch refunded only 4 months out of the 9 they stole money from my account and made unauthorized withdrawals without my knowledge or consent. Peoplesearch claims their number and information was on the bank statement, which it was not. I had to hunt down and try to get into the fraudulent account so I could contact them and shut it down once and for all. Peoplesearch REFUSED to refund the rest even though I called and wrote about the fraudulent withdrawals that put my account into the negative. I had to file a fraud report with the bank and close the bank account and debit card. The bank is conducting a fraud investigation on peoplesearch and has had other complaints. Other legal agencies may get involved. Do NOT deal with this company! They will keep billing you if you let them and don't care if the account is not yours or your identity is compromised!

They ask you for money such as everything about any person or persons for a year for $39.95 and when you use them they give you nothing, but more opportunities to give additional money for things that they already said they would already give you for your first payment. Bad, bad, bad organization. Please make sure and rate any back ground check organizations long before giving money to anyone of them. Many of these type of companies do nothing but scam on othe peoples weaknesses
