Unfortunately had a horrible experience and recommend going elsewhere for all your salon needs in Columbus. I was beyond disappointed, as I thought Penzone was a reputable salon that cared about this customers.

I got a brow lamination that lasted for 24 hours (I was told it would last 6 weeks, and I followed all instructions given for caring for my brows). I had spent $120 for a brow lamination that lasted 24 hours. Needless to say I was very dissatisfied with my service. Im not sure which was worse- my brow lamination that didnt work or Penzones customer service.

I had sent multiple emails, they would tell me theyd call me back and wouldnt, I was constantly the one having to follow up after weeks of not hearing anything. It took a month of me reaching out to Beth and Gabriella to finally be told I would not receive any help. It was truly the most unprofessional, unpersonable experience. I felt very unimportant, unheard, and disrespected by customer service.

Ive NEVER experienced this customer service from any salon ever, truly unbelievable. My friends have all stopped going there since, and have found more personable salons since!

The last thing you ever want to feel from a salon is to feel like just a number to them. I unfortunately was made to feel that way.

I had a consultation with Sunny and we went over all the details. I choose a shape and Sunny took picture's.

I had an appointment two day's later. Sunny called and ask me to come in earlier, that should have been my first red flag. When I arrived she went through her phone I assumed she was searching for my picture's. When she was finished and I looked in the mirror I was in shock.

I was physically ill. My eyebrows looked like a toddler had drawn them on. My brows were uneven and looked hideous. I left and kept looking trying to convince myself they weren't as bad as I thought.

I was wrong! I called and talked to Sunny she assured me she could fix the issue. First never get your brows tattooed or microbladed, if you have and they are not what you expected, do not let the same person try and fix them and never let anyone go over them with tattoo concealer. I finally called spoke to a manager and I went in so they could see in person how horrible my brows looked.

One manager along with Sunny wanted to give me an an eyebrow pencil and sent me on my way. That was never going to happen.

I did get most of my money back but I would rather have had my brows done right. Almost four years later and they are worse then ever.

I went to Sunny to have my eyebrows tattooed, when she was finished it looked like a toddler had drawn them on. Sunny and I had a consultation and I had chose the shape I wanted, she had even taken picture's.

When I went in to have them done after she was through they looked hideous to say the least. They were no where near even, I had two completely different uneven shapes. I called and went in so they could see in person how hideous they looked. They did did refund most of my money and after further complaints they paid for a removal.

I could have been given a hugh amount of money and it would not have been worth what I have and continue to deal with. I have been though an enormous amount of pain and money the past almost 4 year's and my eyebrows are still a mess. I tell everyone just say no. You can research and even see their work but it doesn't mean you aren't going to look like a child drew on your face when their done.

Yes I am still angry that this person has caused me so much agony. I have to wear a hat or glasses to cover the eyebrow mess up. I have included a picture that I took right after my eyebrows were tattooed.
