The company did contact me only to tell me that the contract could not be cancelled and no refund even after 8 months .And that is not what we were told when buying the car .But that was not even discussed or a we are sorry about that or we will make it up to you .Nothing was a concern to him but they obviously was replaced soon after we bought the car .We would never have bought the insurance had we known about that .But contacting the Nissan headquarters is not even possible as we were always told we needed to talk to the dealer a run around for sure .We are tired and Iam disabled with concerns of my health and dealing with this has brought much problems to me so just going to let the new buyers know what they can expect if they deal with Nissan or any dealers telling you that the contarct allows you to transfer or cash out as if the contarct says it you are ok but if it does not you are at a loss and no one will help you .So do your home work before you buy any car from specially Nissan but not sure about any others .We may go public on this when I feel better but right now I have issues and can not even think about what the dealer did to us .

ALLI CAN SAY BUYER WEWARE TRUST NO ONE EXPECIALLY SALES PERSONS AND IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE GET IT PUT ON PAPER SO YOU HAVE IT WRITTEN AND SAFE IT IN SAFE PLACE JUST IN CASE .

Its not just buying a car there is much more as friendly ness and helpfulness even after your purchase .BUt given to believe that buying a fully electric car was a night mare for us as was not as expected to find chargers or if they even worked as found many that did not and left to stay over night etc etc .then there is the xtra warrantee well we finally sold the nightmare and bought peace of mind a hybrid which solved it all we are very happy now excect Nissan does not want to cancel our extended warrantee nor give us our refund and not sure why they would want to hold it

We are trying but not getting anywhere on this and have tried sending emails but always told wrong department ????? why can they not just send it to eh right department ????

This is why they get bad reviews no one cares ?????? I bought a toyotta and have not had any bad experiances so far and always greeted with smiles wheh enter the building etc HOW CAN WE HELP ?

Never got that from Nissan in the 10 months we had the nightmare car ???? Electrics need much more as for charging stations more advice to customers about getting a card or they cannot get charged so much more to help them after they buy as the distance is short lived and then what ????????? stay away form electrics and get hybrid for now as we get 65 miles per gallong using both gas and electric and when get low just charge less than 2 hrs and you are back going .THANK YOU TOYOTTA

WE ARE VERY HAPPY AND MADE A BAD MISTAKE BUYING A NISSAN .AS FOR BEING TALKED IN TO EXTRA WARRANNTTEE NOW LOOK WHERE WE ARE AS SOLD CAR AND CANNOT TRANSFER ANYTHING OVER AS WAS TOLD AND CANNOT EVEN GET ANYONE TO HELP US GET OUR MONEY BACK IN 10 MONTHS OF USAGE AND A 8 YEAR PLAN ????

TELL ME IS THIS WHAT WE ARE GOING TO EXPECT FROM DEALERS ACROSS THS COUNTRY ????

PEOPLE DO YOUR HOME WORK BEFORE CONSIDERING ANY INSTENTIVES FROM GOVERMENT ?

AS THAT IS NOT GOING TO HELP YOU WHEN THE CAR LEAVES YOU ON HIGHWAY ? SORRY IAM PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW AND NEED TO VENT /THANKS FOR LISTENING
