Horrible experience with purchase of an acrylic bird cage. Shipping came on time but many parts of the acrylic cage was broken off.

Called them to see if they can send a replacement for the sections that broke off and the rep literally chuckled on the phone replying "you would have to repackage all the items and send it back, and im sure u dont wanna do that. What i can do is send u some super glue to glue on the broken pieces." ARE YOU SERIOUS? Who in their right mind would suggest a bird owner to use super glue that can very well kill the bird if ingested to fix a broken item u sent! If im paying over 200+$ for your item its suppose to be in top notch condition.

NO broken pieces, NO scratches. If you're looking for an acrylic cage for your feathered buddy DONT SHOP HERE!

It was my brother’s birthday a couple of days ago, so I ordered a baseball display case from Pennzoni Display Co. I was surprised to receive my order exactly when it said it would be delivered. What made me happier was the fact that the case was exactly the way I had anticipated – classy and luxurious.

I’m a huge Manchester United fan and have the team’s home jersey as well. I was looking for a durable and high-quality jersey frame online and came across one on Pennzoni Display Co. I immediately placed the order, and before I knew it, it was delivered right at my home

These sellers have claimed to not have been paid and made many threats to various sources. Knowing they had been paid, I obtain proof of payment that had been sitting in their account for much time.

The continue to claim they haven’t been paid and when provided the opportunity to hear they did receive their funds, they hang up the phone. They also refuse to accept 3 way conference calls so that they can hear they were paid. They should not be in business. Their product i ordered is substandard in my opinion and many other peoples if you google the companies reputation.

They love to threaten and when they can’t back anything up with facts, they made stories up. They shouldn’t be in business

I am very very pleased with the jersey display case I received! My boyfriend is in love with the Red Wings and I put together this awesome display and he was very impressed!

The case was very well high quality and wasn't expensive either! The shipping was very fast. I was not sure exactly which case to buy however I called and they advised me on which case would be the best for me, which was a tremendous help! I I would recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely be buying from here again in the future.

As a gift to my son in law, I purchased two jersey cases for his birthday! These cases were of high quality and looked great!

Could not of picked a better company to purchase a jersey case from! My son in law loved them! He has them both hanging in his, "man cave" in the basement. He says he will likely be purchasing more from Pennzoni, as he is a big sports fanatic!

Customer service worked with me to customize exactly what I wanted for my son in law! Service was great, shipping was fast, quality was excellent!

It's nice to see that there are companies out there that still stand behind their work ans their customer service. I have been a card collector and vendor for a long time and I was literally hooked when i opened it and hung it up. To whoever this may concern I would like you to read this to your employees and tell them that the consumer out there still cares and you guys did a *** of a job.

We purchase display cases for charity every year and have been very very happy with the service and speed of delivery our customers always ask for the same displays when they re order so this make us stay with Pennzoni Display year after year over the last 15 years we have a great relationship with Pennzoni and they always take care of us with a professional manner. Anyone needing a display case for about anything they can do almost anything as they are a custom shop too we had them make custom super bowl trophy's and they were fantastic and came in time for our show !!!

Phone service and speed of delivery were great! The person on the phone was very helpful as I was a little leary of ordering from a new company and was a little unsure of what products to order. I did not feel pressured at all, and was not just directed to order the most expensive product. They were very pleasant and seemed to know how to help.

I feel the price I paid was wonderful! I ordered the cases for gifts and received even before I expected them. They were packaged very nicely and I could tell they were good craftsmen!

Sad to hear that these lying thieves did the same thing to others on this page. I ordered an item from them, got something far different from what I was supposed to and then got the runaround from Mr.

Pennzoni and some guy with the last name Savage. They gave me a FedEx call tag and I shipped their garbage back only to have them say they didn't get it. I had to file a chargeback and even then they lied to American Express about not receiving the product.

Not only are Pennzoni displays *** made, easily scratched, weak hinged junk, the people at that Sturgis hot mess are worse. Buy your stuff somewhere else.

I purchased a jersey display case for a Christmas gift. When the quality did not meet my husband's expectations, I called Pennzoni days later to ask for return instructions. Rick at Pennzoni said to return it via Fed Ex, he'll call me when he gets it and he'll refund my credit card. I sent it through Fed EX and it was delivered the next day, accepted and signed for by Pennzoni. A week went by and no call from Rick. I called him and he apologized for not calling me stating it took a few days to inspect it and he will refund me next week. Another week went by, still no refund. Coincidentally, I was about to call him, when he called me and said, the box was damaged and so was the display case inside and there's nothing he can do with it now. He said a big hole was in the back of the box and straight through the display case as well. I asked him why did you tell me it was inspected over a week ago? Why would you accept a damaged delivery from Fed EX and not say something to the driver? He became irate and asked, "are you calling me a liar?" Then said, "do you know how many boxes get delivered everyday here? I can't look at all of them".

He insisted I file a claim with Fed Ex, I just ended the call. Fed Ex said, Pennzoni should file a claim, because the box is in his possession and he signed & accepted it. I emailed him and asked for pictures of the box. He sent me pics of a small dent on the side of a box and a small dent in the side of a piece of wood that was similar to the color of the display case I purchased. I requested a pic of the entire box with my airbill and the damage. Here's his reply:

Sorry we have already given this to our Fedex driver to hold for a call tag , as soon as you file the call tag they will pick it up from them it is guaranteed paid as there are holes through the box, and our boxes are certified with Fedex and UPS

We can’t be in the business of giving credit to items that come back unacceptable, we would not be in business long. and it is your responsibility to handle the claims on these as we are not the shipper and that would be fraud if we tried to collect on a damage you sent, fedex already noted it was damaged when it was delivered

We can offer a partial refund of $75.00 if you don’t want to mess with it

I called Fed EX and they told me that if I put this "call tag" through, it means he's returning the box back to me as a refused delivery even though he already signed for it. When I replied, I told him what I learned and please do not contact me again. He then emails me back stating this:

We would like to just get this over with, you can claim your full amount and we will also give you $75.00 so you should come out ahead of the game

It is Insurance fraud for me to file a claim on your shipment because I did not pay to ship it back YOU DID if someone is telling you different then they are not correct

I have purchased many items from Pennzoni for over 10 years with out any major issues and if there was a issue it was taken care of I would buy from them anytime

Many displays cases in my house and office are over 5 years old and still look great and work great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great display case and drum screens there cases are in some of the major sports franchises, get there jersey cases they are the best around for the money, they come uv protected and with safety acrylic which is clearer than glass

I purchased a bird carrier from this company. It was never used but I was past the date for returns.

They still gave me a return authorization.

After more than 7 months of calls and promises of a check in the mail to me they finally sent me an email telling me that they couldn't accept it, it was damaged and they would sic their lawyer on me if I tried to make a complaint.

I was polite and calm the entire time but I pointed out that if I shouldn't have been able to return it then why did they give me a return authorization number and why didn't they tell me it was damaged so I could make a claim with a carrier. Unfortunately I paid with Paypal and have no recourse now.
