Penny Oven - DO NOT EAT HERE!!! STAFF DOES NOT CARE!!!

The staff at this cafe pissed me off so much, I went out of my way to post this, in the hopes they will improve their operation and issue an apology to me.

One of the cashiers at the register went ahead and proceeded to sell a croissant to a patron that was standing behind me, when it was not their turn to order. I literally was going to order the same, one and only last croissant at the register, while standing in line, waiting for my turn,and they just went ahead and sold it to an obnoxious piece of garbage that decided to cut the line and order so he can be first ...

such a disgustingly LA thing to do.

Neither of the two employees had nothing to say ... it's business as usual ... nothing was done to make it up to me ... simply because your employees don't care ...

well I hope after this review maybe the owner will. Then I asked if they had French Toast and the answer was: "we ran out". This place is a bakery that is supposed to bake anything. I am appalled at the stupidity and lack of training and felt uncomfortable with eating here at this point ...

this is insulting that you charge almost $17 for a croissant and coffee. A repeat customer for which you had royally screwed up my experience the third time. What a let down ...

seriously, if you want to enjoy this place ... come in at 7AM when they open, perhaps at that time you will find what you actually want to eat, otherwise you will most likely not find anything you really want to eat.
