Penny mustard does not honor their warranty. Their insurance Montage services tries to deny claim by having us go thru number of steps.
- - The recliner seam came apart and seems poorly sewn.
- - Penny Mustard sent the issue to Montage; Montage denied the claim, not covering fraying.
One of the power recliner chairs seams came apart, clearly not made right. Contacted Penny Mustard under their warranty and they asked me to contact their insurance Montage Services.
After pictures sent to Montage they denied claim saying they did cover fraying. If anyone looks at the pictures clearly seam came apart chair it was not sewn right. Complain some more to Penny Mustard.
Having a second review with more pictures and several other steps. Seems both companies dont want to be responsible
