- - Longtime PSECU member seeks in-person loan help; not offered.
- - Co-signing questions and delays without a live representative.
My daughter who is also a member needs to refinance their home. PSECU refuses to meet in person.
This is absolutely ridiculous that members cannot meet in person with a loan officer. We have been members for over 35 years.
I will not co-sign for such a major financial decision without meeting. I have questions regarding co-signing that require answers. Those answers may cause additional questions or concerns.
Without a live person in front of me, this will cause an undue delay in completing any type of loan.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in how PSECU approaches the care, or should I say the lack of care and cooperation, for their customers /members.
A car loan completed electronically is one thing.
But when you are talking hundreds of thousands of dollars for 30 years.
You should be ashamed of yourselves and your business practices.
Furthermore, in the submission of this complaint, the To line makes no sense. This complaint should be addressed with whomever is the head of loan services absolutely ridiculous!
User's recommendation: Push for in person loan services. Too much can be hidden in electronic transactions

This site that YOU chose to complain on isn’t the Credit Union’s support site. This site just routes your issue to their general customer service.
It does this for tens of thousands of companies.
If you have a name, why aren’t you using the credit union’s contact info on their site? Also, if there is no face-to-face, move on and find a lender that fulfills your needs.
