Company not replying to my inquiries on a lost package
- Placed a Shein order on May 23.
- Tracking is in Chinese; June 10 delivered, June 11 out for delivery.
- The post office has no package.
I have contacted them several times and all they say is be patient. I told them I ve been patient long enough. I want my money back
I placed an order with Shein on May 23. I kept following the tracking, which is in Chinese.
On June 10, it showed the package had reached its destination. The next day, it showed Minersville, out for delivery. I called the post office, but they had no package.
It said to pick it up, but I have no idea where since the post office doesn't have it. I don't know what to do next.

- A Facebook rep named Dave said my account was hacked.
- I was told to buy eBay gift cards, send pics, and he would move funds to a safe card.
I called face Book customer service for help in getting back into my face book account. A guy named Dave tried to help me get into my account.
Then he told me my account was hacked and the hackers had all my information even my bank account information so I needed to get my money out of my account immediately. So I did. Then he advised me to get a couple of ebay gift cards with my money and send pics to him then he would put the money on a safe card where I could withdraw my funds when needed. I did what he told me to do because why would a customer service guy be dishonest.
I called him back the next morning to find out the information about the card he put my money on. He informed me he donated my money to charity.
Yes he did to his own pocket. All I know that his name was Dave and the phone number is 570-365-****

There is a strange rock substance in my kids swedish fish

My mom bought my children some swedish fish from shop n save the box is still sealed and so was the bag that they came in. There is some off white yellowish hard substance in the package i took photos.
iam very upset because iam not sure what it is and it does not look like sugar. i will enclose a photo of the substance it is the packing is still sealed.
