Unfulfilled repairs

Dear Sirs My husband and I have waited a reasonable amount of time for the repairs to be carried out on our property; we have been given excuse after excuse as to why this work has not been completed. I feel we have both been patient enough but the last time you contacted we were told that the workmen couldn't come out due to ice and you would be in contact soon. The next time you contacted us was to let us know you were waiting for the factory to make the product that needed repairing and you would contact us soon. We have had nothing but problems since the windows were fitted and have been fobbed off every single time we've contacted you since 2016 and you now tell us that our guarantee on certain items has rang on too long; I think it is a little unfair to blame us as customers as it certainly hasn't been to lack of trying to get in touch with you. My husband had to retire due to having cancer which enabled us to pay for the windows to be replaced and a roof put onto the conservatory which we paid cash for; since 2016 it has been constant excuses, regrettably nothing could be resolved during the Covid period. We feel the windows that were in our home previous to Pennine windows were of far better quality that the one's fitted by yourselves, they are draftee and don't fit the recess properly. We have had another window fitter look at your fitting and the report does not make for good reading; although my husband and I would like to give Pennine another chance to put everything right that is wrong with the windows and fitting, but if contact has not been made soon then our intensions are going to be made public and how Pennine are willing to let a 68 year old man living with cancer suffer not only from the cold and bad workmanship there is also the high cost of heating the property which has taken a huge toll on our pockets. We have also been advised to seek compensation from yourselves through legal procedures, however we would like to see the service promised in the guarantee resumed as soon as possible. We await your response eagerly. Kind regards Mr David and Mrs Jayne Buck
