My order is never right
I had to go to the store multiple times to receive the correct order this is totally unacceptable for a customer honestly

A supposedly owner, who is very rude
I walked into Penn Station. I normally call it in.
I did not call it in yesterday. The owner came up to the computer. It was not busy at all. There was three people behind the line working and I go to tell him I want 12 inch white bread toasted he goes.
Is it here to go? I said to go gave him my name And then I went on to say 12 inch white toast bread would you please hold on my computer slow with a very aggressive tone I walked out. I walked back in, asked for a number for boss. He said I am the boss.
He then said youre crazy.
Im calling the cops. if he owns the place hes giving Penn Station a very bad rep and I hope that someone gets back with me because I dont want this to happen to anybody else Ive been going there for 14 years

Felicity was rude and did not want to help.
Ketchup pump was empty, they just opened up.
Poor staff...

Resolved: I was not treated well
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
The guy who was at Penn station did not treat well I am very unhappy please dont insult customers who are in need customers come to you for food who are in hungry please give them food with smiley faces

Dirty Dining
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I witnessed an employee leave the food station with gloves on. Then returned back to the food station to make food without changing the gloves.
Upon speaking to management nothing was done and a bunch of excuses were made for the employes actions.
Covid is still around and such practices are being used at this location!

Preferred solution: I not looking for anything I tried to rectify the situation with management and I was given the run around
