I have been on the phone for an hour, trying to remove a payment method from your *** app and not one person has been able to be reached or help me out. Thus far your app is garbage. Your customer support sucks and your rewards are *** in a box.

1 star all the way through even if it doesn't apply because that's what PENN deserves. Don't run a promo if you're not going to follow through with it! I download the PENN Play app and to gain 1 Tier point for an Amazon gift card. The gift card was supposed to be sent within 7 days. Never sent. Customer service has blatantly IGNORED me the last several attempts I've reached out to them. Will be emptying my account and moving to another sportsbook. Would never gamble with ESPN anyway, but would have emptied it either way after this experience. Lousy customer service reps for the most part, as well.

No I dont need to use another company woyld not recommend it to anyone Company had no desire to resolve the issues

Called because promotions were not working correctly to find out it was logging me into a guest account. Then asking for further help to merge being told im in violation when im the one seeking help with what is wrong.
