I have a very difficult to diagnose disorder. Penn drs have tried but my illness is outside their skill set.

I have asked several penn drs to please refer me outside to established specialty centers and they have refused.

And i cannot find any patient affairs type office to get help. Please direct me to someone at penn med who can help me.
