We as local residents of surrounding streets of pennhighlands Dubois are tired of your employees taking up parking spaces in front of our residents all day everyday on wayne ave and locust st its not only annoying when we come home from work and have to try to find parking but when we have family functions
or people come in from out of state and no where to park we also have started a petition concerning this matter and we will be going to the city concerning this matter instead of making your facilities look pretty why don't you build parking for your employees.
