Quoting error for repair

Peninsula Infiniti in Redwood City, California. I have a 2005 G35. The shifter assembly failed on the highway after coming to a sudden stop. My car was towed to the dealer for repair. The repair was completed but the service manager failed to discuss the bill thoroughly. I was surprised by the total but at that point had no recourse. When I called to discuss this with the General Manager (Gordon McDonald), his response was condescending and rude and made it clear that they would do nothing to rectify my dissatisfaction. Not considering that I've spent thousands on repair and maintenance with them over the years. I'm now very unhappy that I have to find another place to service and buy my vehicles. If you choose to go there, be very specific about the bill. Otherwise, you may be surprised and gravely disappointed.
