firstly myself and my 86year old mum have be a huge fan of penhaligons for many decades..
This is the saga of trying to purchase some perfume for my mums birthday..I live in Northern Ireland.
I phoned york outlet to place an order to find out they no longer post.. it was suggested I call other stores..I phoned several and didnt get an answer (that's fine.it was Black Friday weekend)
I eventually got through, and I was delighted to be able to place an order, but unfortunately they do not post to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland yes but not to Northern Ireland which is in the UK..
It was told to call Ireland based shop in Kildare. 2 days I phoned, I sent 3 emails, eventually I got through via email, yes they have what I wanted ..great, I placed an order only to find out that they also don't post to Northern Ireland.
How fair is that, and so frustrating.
