Receiving orders too often
I still have not gotten a response from my complaint.. please do not send me any more akkermansia until April. I Now have two unopened containers.

You can’t cancel!
Repeated attempts to get them to stop. They wont.
Thanks to this post, I was able to find a number for them. Prior to this, it was emails. They obviously dont read them. Thanks for the number.
Called asked to leave a message.
I will refuse this next package and contact my bank. Horrible way to operate.

Preferred solution: I want them to stop and provide a refund on the last two orders they sent after I emailed them.

Can’t get them to stop
I have tried to stop the subscription service for two months. First, so difficult to find a number as they dont include it on any of their information.
Finally found one posted here. Tried calling - told to leave a message.
I dont want their probiotics. It should not be this hard to get out of a service!!
