Resolved: An order placed 8 days ago has not been delivered. After 5 emails and multiple telephone messages - cannot reach customer service. Placed on terminal hold and then disconnected

An order placed 8 days ago has not been delivered. I tried - over a 5 day period, to reach the Customer Service department to determine cause for delayed delivery. Company does not respond to emails, does not respond to telephone calls, disconnects telephone calls after being placed on terminal hold, does not return voice mail messages.
