Do not purchase from this company
Order dog bed based upon website description, which was inaccurate attempted to return but customer service representative very delayed in their responses. Once she sent me a link for the return it was outside the return window.
The company offered me an exchange at that time however, this was not followed through on their end as well attempted to call the company multiple times unable to get through attempted more emails and no response. How convenient for this company that gets to keep my money when they sell me poor merchandise and provide inaccurate descriptions on the website.
