No luck redeeming e-gift card

very very difficult to reach Pelagic Gear's customer service. The CS line on their website directs you to their online store (no help).
If Pelagi Gear's CS would have been easily accessible and responsive I would never have had to use "pissedconsumer". They must have lots of issues here. I love their products and have spent plenty both in their Deerfield Beach store (incidentally is now closed) and online. To access their CS, you must reply to their direct advertisement ads offering you deals and percent off savings.
Nowhere is wording to help direct you to CS. I did and was fortunately and finally answered with a chat. Then I got somewhere, and resolve happened.
I lost 3 days chasing down CS, I hope you do not. Thank yoy Pissedconsumer.

I am very upset that it has been impossible to get in contact with Pelagic. Pelagic's Customer Service number only provides an automated answer to 'go to the website,' in which there is no means whatsoever to speak with anyone in Customer Service.
There is no email correspondence either. Can anyone help with this?
