Love the cases, hate the customer service

First off, the variety of cases for all sorts of phones and accessories is great, I love the designs and overall feel of the case. They are kinda pricey, but that's up to the individual to decide. They also have a one-year replacement policy which is great, especially because in my experience, they can rip in certain places after a good while, except the only way to get in contact with them is through email. I would much rather talk directly to someone over the phone instead. Rather frustrating. Overall, wonderful company with wonderful product, but not the greatest customer service.
